Smoked salmon bagels


  • 200g Prime Smoke Salmon slices

  • 4 fresh bagels

  • finely chopped shallots

  • Chopped dill

  • Lemon juice

  • 250g cream cheese

  • Fresh watercress

  • Fresh cracked pepper

  • Pickled cucumber

  • Sprouts, micro greens


Prepare cream cheese by placing into large bowl, leave to stand at room temperature for a few minutes. Add fine chopped shallots, chopped dill, lemon juice and mix with a wooden spoon.

Horizontally slice the bagel through the middle. Slightly toast, until just browned.

Spread the bottom half with plenty of prepared cream cheese. Fold the Prime Smoke Salmon slices on top, followed by the pickled cucumber, sprouts and microgreens and season with black pepper.

Squeeze over a little lemon and serve immediately.
