Cream cheese and hot smoked salmon dip

Method Used about a tub of cream cheese and a packet of our Prime Smoke Hot Smoked Salmon to make this delicious light snack. Garnish with fresh herbs, radish rounds and serve with lemon and crackers. Dried pepper or chilli flakes are great as flavourings for this dish in addition to the classic tart flavours of capers. Quick riceless sushi

Method Take two seaweed wraps and layer each with a handful of baby spinach, half a small avocado and thinly sliced cucumber. Top with three slices of Prime Smoke smoked salmon shavings (you can also use our Smoked Salmon Slices), roll up, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with the soy sauce and wasabi conveniently included in the pack. High Tea Finger Sandwiches

Method Spruce up your high tea with this rocket, spring onion and Prime Smoke smoked salmon shavings. Use butter, avocado, cream cheese or mayonnaise to spread the slices first. Smoked salmon bagels

Ingredients 200g Prime Smoke Salmon slices 4 fresh bagels finely chopped shallots Chopped dill Lemon juice 250g cream cheese Fresh watercress Fresh cracked pepper Pickled cucumber Sprouts, micro greens Method Prepare cream cheese by placing into large bowl, leave to stand at room temperature for a few minutes. Add fine chopped shallots, chopped dill, lemon juice and mix with a wooden spoon. Horizontally slice the bagel through the middle. Slightly toast, until just browned. Spread the bottom half with plenty of prepared cream cheese. Fold the Prime Smoke Salmon slices on top, followed by the pickled cucumber, sprouts and microgreens...
